Il Fondo “Terre Agricole Italiane” (“TAI”) Fund is a closed-ended, reserved alternative real estate investment fund, classified under Article 8 of EU Regulation 2019/2088 (SFDR), dedicated to investments in agricultural land, with a duration of 15 years.

The Fund’s investment focus is on agricultural land intended for any type of cultivation or related agricultural activity, located in Italy or other EU member states, or on real estate companies owning agricultural land.
It is an investment approach attentive to sustainability issues, integrating ESG factors into investment decisions, aimed at supporting the evolution, transition, and growth of Italian agriculture, with particular attention to environmental impact, biodiversity protection, revitalization of rural areas, and youth employment and training.
The Fund leverages the established experience of a major international partner—the largest Italian agro-industrial platform—whose operational capabilities and innovative vision play a decisive role in shaping the Fund’s development strategy.
The Fund’s objective is to achieve a stable overall return for investors while financing the revival and development of the Italian agri-food sector, with a particular focus on the sustainable development of agricultural production. This includes the use of innovative technologies, enhancement of product supply chains, and promotion of social inclusion and employment growth.
